Baritec at the Pines Apartments

Designed by HBO+ EMTB, the design philosophy for The Pines has taken influence from a range of previous projects across Asia Pacific to design an attractive building sympathetic to the unique site and to the neighbourhood; a building that is a positive addition to the thriving Browns Bay area, and takes advantage of the opportunities presented by the site to create a strong new residential offering.
The five level development is a mixed use complex, comprising 52 apartments with a combination of one and two bedroom units, and commercial / retail space to street frontage.
